This updated booking policies will be applied to all booking for 2025 onward. Please reach out to us before booking and we will be happy to assist you!

Upon arriving at the store, only the number of pax included in the package are allowed inside the studio.

Each individual is considered 1 pax in a group.

Children who are 1 year old and above will be counted as 1 pax.

Booking Confirmation: All bookings require prepayment to secure your time slot.

Session Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If rescheduled within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Cancellation: Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice for full refunds. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session, there will be no refunds.

Group Size: For group sessions, please ensure the number of guests aligns with the chosen package. Additional guests may require an upgrade.

Pets: 1 pet is free, additional pets will incur a fee.

Kids: Children under 3 years old are free and do not count toward your session's headcount.
Time Extensions:

If you wish to extend your session, it can be done in 15-minute increments.

The extension fee will be based on the package you have chosen. Please inquire about availability and pricing when booking or at check-in.
Photos & Delivery:

Edited Photos: Each package includes 10 edited photos (basic edit) that will be sent to you immediately after the session.

Soft Copies: You will receive all soft copies of your photos within 3-5 business days.

Backdrop Changes: All packages come with 2 backdrop changes.

1. How do I book a session?
Booking a session is easy! Simply visit our website, choose your desired package, select your time, and proceed with the payment to confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is secured.

2. How long is the session?
Each session lasts for 15 minutes. If you'd like more time, you can extend your session for an additional fee (subject to availability).

3. Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes! You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session.
4. How many people can join the session?
Each package allows a specific number of people:

Solo: 1 person

Duo: 2 people

Small Group: 3-4 people

Big Group: 5-7 people
If you have more guests, you will need to upgrade your package.

6. When will I receive my photos?

Edited photos: 10 basic edited photos will be sent immediately after the session.

Yes! Every package comes with 2 backdrop changes. You can choose from a selection of backdrops that best fit your style.
8. Do you offer props or additional add-ons?
Yes, we offer a variety of props and add-ons to enhance your session. You can choose these during booking or add them on at the studio (subject to availability).
9. What happens if I’m late for my session?
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals will shorten your session time, and we will not extend the session or provide a refund for the lost time.
10. What if I have a large group or special request?
For large groups (more than 10 people), we recommend contacting us directly to discuss special arrangements. We can accommodate larger groups with prior notice and extra time (for an additional fee).
